This afternoon marked what could also have been described as the end of Dynasty Basketball Association's summer programs; the main one being the summer camp which has run for the past four years. The second edition of their now annual summer league ended at the Lincoln Community School basketball gym in Abelemkpe.
The league was designed by the staff of the DBA to serve as a platform for kids to improve their game through more play. The league that ran for the past four Saturdays saw the kids play a good amount of games. ''A lot of 3 on 3 was played using the FIBA 3x3 rules to help kids get more touches of the ball during the game'', head coach Isaac Kwapong said.
''Apart from the kids having fun, it's quite clear that a good number have also improved in their game, even though there's still a lot of work for them to put in to improve'', he added.
