CEPS TRIP CANCELLED

Rebound Head Quarters - CEPS trip to Togo was canceled. RGH had information about the cancellation late yesterday night. We have not been told yet what the cause for the cancellation was, but hope to find out as soon as possible.

Theophilus Mensah is a Ghanaian basketball documentarian who has followed the game in Ghana for close to a decade. He travels across the counrty documenting all aspects of basketball culture in Ghana. His work was recently featured in Roads and Kingdoms.
